This website presents my work in international relations, spanning scholarship, policy, and public engagement.

I am the Founder and CEO of the Euro-Med Middle East Council (EM2C). I lecture in international relations and diplomatic studies at Tel Aviv University (TAU) and am a Senior Fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS).

My work focuses on international order, European foreign policy, Israel’s diplomacy, and the geopolitics of energy and security.
